How to Book Your No Gap Dental Checkup & Clean
There are two easy ways to book your no-gap dental checkup. You can call us to make an appointment or book online using our easy online booking system. Be sure to mention the no gap dental checkup offer.
Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for the no gap dental Checkup and clean, you must, on the day of treatment:
- Be covered for general dental by your health fund.
- Have your valid health fund card with you when you come to your appointment.
- Have not exceeded your fund’s benefit limit and the full amount offered by your fund is available for the treatment. Full amount means the amount which your health fund would have typically contributed had you made no claims.
- You have reached your health fund limit or are not up to day with your heath fund payments.
- You are not eligible for a benefit amount on an item
If the requirements are not met, you will be required to pay for the treatment in full on the day of treatment.
If you are unsure whether your fund meets the requirements, we will happily swipe your card before treatment to ensure you are eligible.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient that does not fulfil the no gap requirements.
